Sample letter ( A letter while on holiday)

Dear Victor,

I’m writing to you from beautiful Rome! It’s fabulous here and we’re having a really great time. The Coliseum is quite impressive close up! Just so you can enjoy some of the sights, I’m sending you some photos.

Everywhere you go in Rome, there are magnificent buildings. As you can see in the photo, there are even people selling souvenirs outside the Coliseum! Can you see my brother Frank! He’s the one next to the man dressed up as a roman soldier! You can take pictures with the street performers!

We're having great weather here, too. It’s another hoe and sunny day, great for sightseeing, even though it’s March! Believe it or not, Frank and I are walking around in our T-shirts and jeans! I suppose it’s still raining back in England. Anyway, bye for now.

Sample for (writing a recipe):

Name for the dish: Hot tea with milk

Serves: 2 people

Preparing time:5 mins

Cooking time:15 mins

Ingredients: 3 tbsps of suager

                       1/4 cup of rose water

                       1 cup of powder milk

                       Tea ( 3- 4 tbsps)

                      3 cups of water

Instructions:

First, boil the water. Then, prepare the tea pot by washing it nicely. Next, prepare the tea cups and put them one side. After that, add the sugar to the boiled water. Later, add the milk and the rose water. After that, use the spoon to melt the milk in the boiled water. Finally, wait for 10 mins and the sweet hot tea with milk drink will be ready to serve. You can drink it with some biscuits in the evening.
